Items below may be checked out at the Circulation Desk.
A UH photo ID, or government-issued photo ID is required.

Policy for Lending Laptops and Other Electronics

1. You are responsible for damage to the item, and are subject to repair or replacement fees:
   1. NEVER leave the item unattended for any reason. If you must leave your desk while in the Library, take the item with you. Thefts do happen in the Library.
   2. Return the item at the Circulation Desk, not in the after-hours slot as it may get damaged.
   3. If an item is not working, do not make repairs on your own. Return it to the Circulation Desk.
2. Items may not be reserved in advance–they are available on a first-come first-served basis.
3. Late returns are fined $1 per hour.
4. According to University of Hawaiʻi Executive Policy EP 2.210, Use and Management of Information Technology Resources:
   1. Display of sexually explicit images or sounds where others can see or hear them may create a hostile environment and could constitute sexual harassment.
   2. If you violate the laptop lending policy, alter or damage a laptop, you are in violation of Hawaiʻi State Law and will be held legally responsible.
