Description: Participants learn about the four DiSC styles – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness – and how these styles influence communication, decision-making, and teamwork. The workshop typically involves a DiSC assessment, personalized reports, and interactive exercises to improve self-awareness and build stronger working relationships.
