Unfortunately, Science does not export citations in APA or MLA format. Follow one of the guides at http://library.kcc.hawaii.edu/resources/citations.php for the style your instructor wants you to use. Here are examples of Science article citations:

For best results, start with Advanced Search:
To limit your search to research articles that are available in full-text: Under "Content posted between", choose 1997 as the starting year (or later, if you want only the most current articles.) Under "Limit Results by Area/Section", click "Search Articles Only" and check "Original Research". Enter your keywords in the Search box, and click the Search button:
Evaluate the results and modify your keywords to refine your search. View and email articles to yourself.
